ATAMIRA - Māori in the City 2011 returns again to the ASB Showgrounds on the 7th, 8th and 9th of October 2011 with creative and trade stalls, stage performances,interactive exhibitions, the Maori World of Sport, a Rangatahi forum and science space, performing arts, visual and screen arts, fashion, discussion forums, food festival and live musicians playing throughout the event.

ATAMIRA Maori in the City is now a sustainable, signature event in the events calendar in Tamaki Makaurau and will stage performances, and provide platforms, to celebrate being Maori and living in Tamaki Makaurau in a way that authentically honours our heritage as Maori, genuinely reflects our contemporary achievements and inspires the actions of the future.'
